Trevis Alsup Spokane
Visitation for Trevis T. Alsup, 23, is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Ball and Dodd Funeral HomeSouth. Wake service will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Service is planned for 11 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church with burial at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. Mr. Alsup drowned Saturday in Sprague Lake. He was born in Spokane and had also lived in Moses Lake. He graduated from Ferris High School and worked at Spokane Chrysler Plymouth as an auto detailer. He is survived by his mother, Janie Alsup of Spokane; his father, Ted Alsup of Moses Lake; and his grandparents, Pierce and Margaret Brown Jr., of Batesburg, S.C.

I know that Trevis only went to Ferris for his Senior year but I'm surprised to see that no one has left any comments about him. Just a good guy and in hindsight, mature far beyond his years. I remember in football Trevis and I hit each other so hard one time that I think I actually tasted color...pride kept me from saying anything though, too macho for that. Trevis was a man with one of the truest and kindest heart I've ever met still to this day.
